Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, there will be a fee equivalent to the first nights' accommodation rate
  • However, please note that Gourmet Stay understands that travel arrangements can change without notice and that some circumstances are beyond your control, please provide support information if you need to request a cancellation, we are sympathetic to valid reasons and can vary the cancellation policy in certain circumstances (at our sole discretion).

Payment Policy

  • Payments made by credit card : Your credit card booking will be confirmed if rooms are available. At confirmation of booking no deposit will be taken.
  • Payments by Direct debit or cheque can be made by request through the enquiry sector of the site. Please ask if you prefer this option.

Child Policy

  • Children accompanied by parents or caregivers are welcome.
  • Cot is available if required
